Geometry of separable and entangled quantum states
KTH/Nordita/SU seminar in Theoretical Physics [before December 2013]

Wednesday 14 November 2007
from 11:00 to 12:00
at FA31
Speaker : Jon Magne Leinaas (Oslo)
Abstract : To distinguish entangled from non-entangled states is in general a difficult problem.

I give an introduction to how this distinction can be understood in geometric terms, and discuss some recent numerical methods to examine the geometry of the set of entangled states for a bipartite system.
