For the conference participants who are not participating in the program accompanying the conference we have made preliminary reservations to the following hotels. The participants should contact one of these hotels in order to book a room.

• Hotel Arcadia. 45 rooms (ca 1100 SEK/night) reserved until 27 May 2010. Bookings are made by mail to reservation.arcadia@elite.se using the reservation code "KTH100627".
• Hotel Oden. 25 rooms (1060 SEK/night) reserved until 25 May 2010. Bookings are made on the homepage, or by phone at +46 8 457 97 00. Use the reservation code "G: 267 727".
• Wenner-Gren Center. 8 single rooms (600 SEK/night) and 2 double rooms (700 SEK/night) reserved until 31 March 2010. Book at reception@swgc.org. There is no reservation code for these room, so ask for the rooms reserved by Nordita.
• Vanadis Hotell. 45 twin rooms reserved until 27 May 2010. The rooms are simple and mainly for students. The price is between 595 SEK and 945 SEK per night. Bookings are made by mail to info@vanadishotel.com. Make sure to quote the reservation code "G21627".
• Youth Hostel Fridhemsplan. Another cheap option is the youth hostel, which has twin rooms for 550 SEK/night. We have not made any reservations for the conference participants. Bookings can be made at the homepage.
