Torus knots, twist knots, pretzel knots and what not
  OKC/Nordita High-Energy Physics Theory seminar

Thursday 28 May 2015
from 11:00 to 12:15
at 122:026
Speaker : Dmitry Melnikov (International Institute of Physics)
Abstract : I will first briefly remind about the general methods of computing topological invariants based on the relation between knot theory, TQFT's, CFT's and integrable models. Then I will review some interesting results applied to the family of torus knots. In the final part I will report some recent attempts to generalize those results beyond the torus family.
