A new class of theories which could describe physics at the TeV scale is presented. In this context one has an unified mechanism to explain the dark matter and baryon asymmetry in the Universe. There is no need to postulate the existence of the great desert and the unification of gauge interactions could be realized in a new way. These theories predict the existence of new particles with baryon and lepton numbers which give rise to exotic signatures at the Large Hadron Collider.
