Abstract :
I will talk about possible tests of quantum gravity and the models underlying them. In particular, I will focus on models with extra dimensions in which quantum gravitational signatures could become observable at the LHC, and models with a generalized uncertainty principle and their relation to deformed special relativity. I will briefly discuss drawbacks and challenges in these approaches.
