[The conference fee is 3900 SEK until June 8, 2008. After this date, the conference fee is 4500 SEK. The conference fee includes online 
proceedings, lunches, coffee and a welcome reception on August 18. There will also be a (free) reception at the city hall on August 19. 
However, the conference dinner costs an extra 500 SEK and will be in conjunction to the excursion on August 21.]
