Please note that due to housing and office restrictions, the number of participants is limited to
about 25  at any given time. Unless you invited by the organizers, you will be informed 
whether your application has been  approved in due course. The organizers reserve the right to edit 
the list of the participants.

We encourage people to stay for a period of at least two weeks.
